SA regional working group made up of Local Government and SEQ Catchments Officers engaged an independent, professional land valuer to provide a report which examines the impact of statutory conservation covenants on land values in South-east Queensland. The report presents a range of Case Studies examining the impact that statutory conservation covenants have on both market value and unimproved values in SEQ.
