Friends of NaRLA
You don't have to be a member of NaRLA to support our goals and activities— join Friends of NarLA.
Friends of NaRLA was established to provide a formally recognised medium for involvement in NaRLA's activities for those people who support NaRLA and its goals, but who do not qualify for membership of the Association.
Friends of NaRLA include volunteers, students, researchers, environmentalists, nature lovers, donors, sponsors and others who wish to be kept informed on, participate in, or otherwise support NaRLA's activities. Friends of NaRLA do not need to be residents of Queensland. If you are interested in joining Friends of NaRLA, please contact us for further information.
Those making tax deductible donations to NaRLA of $50 or more per year are automatically registered as Friends of NaRLA.

Donations of $2 or more to NaRLA are tax deductible. Mail your donation cheque, bank draft or money order, made payable to "Nature Refuge Landholders' Association (Queensland) Public Fund", to:

NaRLA does not have a monopoly on good ideas! If you have a practical suggestion on how NaRLA’s services or activities could be expanded or improved to facilitate nature conservation and biodiversity on private lands more effectively, we would like you to tell us about it.
Our Mission
NaRLA is dedicated to the establishment and management of a network of nature refuges for the benefit of the land, wildlife and the human community.
Ultimately, the long-term success of nature conservation world-wide is going to depend upon the dedication of those who own or control private lands to the management of those lands in ways that will not only meet their personal needs, but also ensure effective nature conservation and maintenance of natural biodiversity.
